We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15days after receiving your item to request a return.

GlamourGirl, we are committed to preparing and shipping every order with care so that your purchase reaches you safely and efficiently.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays, product launches, or other busy periods, additional processing time may be required.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact details. GlamourGirl is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email us for further assistance.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging
• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, alterations, or signs of wear
• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Swimwear without the original hygiene liner
• Worn or tried-on shapewear
• Opened or used beauty products
• Earrings, pierced jewelry, and certain personal-use accessories
• Gift cards
• Clearance items
• Products marked as final sale

Sale items may only be returned when the product page confirms that they are return-eligible.

Starting a Return

Before returning an item, email gglamourgirl@yahoo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. GlamourGirl is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at gglamourgirl@yahoo.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, and other non-refundable fees will not be included in the refund unless the return resulted from an error by GlamourGirl or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

To request a different size, color, or product, contact us at gglamourgirl@yahoo.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. When a direct exchange is unavailable, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
